6. Loosen the zoom lock lever and move the lever between TELE and WIDE to obtain the appropriate angle of

view (refer to Figure 38).

7. Tighten the zoom lock lever.

8. Loosen the focus lock lever and move the lever between FAR and NEAR to obtain the optimum focus.

9. Tighten the focus lock lever.

NOTE: You can change the angle of view by moving the zoom lock lever, and you can move the focus lock lever to

adjust the focus.

REMOVING THE HEATER

NOTES:

• When using 12 V DC power supply, the heater is unavailable.

• If the camera is installed in a location with temperatures between –10 °C and 50 °C (14 °F to 122 °F), the

heater may be removed to conserve energy.

1. While the camera’s enclosure and inner dome are uninstalled, disconnect the heater cable from the camera’s

heater output connector.

2. Remove the screw that secures the heater (refer to Figure 39).
