Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible cause

Communication is
not working
• Microphone is
switched off
• Participants are not
on the same
network
• Participants are not
in the same team
 Make sure that the
microphone is switched
on.
 Make sure that the
participants have
connected to the same
network.
 Make sure that you are in
the same team as the
participants.
Communication is
disrupted
• Distance between
the participants is
too great
• Battery is not
charged
• Obstacles (walls
and crowds of
people) interfere
with the wireless
connection
• Other wireless
connections disrupt
the network
 Use one or more devices
as repeaters (see "Task
and function" from page
11).
 Make sure that the battery
is charged.
 If the bodies of participants
are shadowing the
wireless connection,
attach the device to the
back of the belt.
 Leave these areas.
The device cannot
be paired with the
Bluetooth headset
• The Bluetooth
headset does not
allow pairing.
• The Bluetooth
headset is not
charged
 Make sure that the
Bluetooth headset allows
pairing.
 Make sure that the
Bluetooth headset is
charged.
 Repeat the steps.
