Battery Information and Caution
• Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Replace only with the same or equivalent type
recommended by the manufacturer.
• Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
• The battery pack used in this device may present a fire or chemical burn hazard if mistreated.
• Do not crush, disassemble, heat above 140°F / 60°C or incinerate.
• Dispose of used batteries promptly and properly.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not short-circuit the metal terminals of the battery pack or wet them with any liquid, for example, water,
coffee, or juice.
• Do not handle damaged or leaking lithium ion batteries.
• Do not charge the battery pack in any way other than as described in the user guide or as designated by VAIO in
writing.
