Problem Procedure
You cannot read a
file
Check to ensure the required file is actually on the
memory media card that is inserted into the tablet.
If you are still unable to resolve the problem,
contact TOSHIBA Support.
USB device
In addition to the information in this section, please also refer to the
documentation supplied with your USB device.
Problem Procedure
USB device does not
work
Remove the USB device from the convert cable
and reconnect it to ensure it is firmly attached.
Sound system
In addition to the information in this section, please also refer to the
documentation supplied with your audio device.
Problem Procedure
No sound is heard Adjust the volume.
Check the software volume settings.
Please check to see if system sound is muted.
Check to make sure the headphone connection is
secure.
Wireless LAN
If the following procedures do not restore LAN access, consult your LAN
administrator.
Problem Procedure
Cannot access
Wireless LAN
Make sure the tablet's Wireless communication
function is on.
If problems persist, contact your LAN
administrator.
