SETTING THE HANDLE LIMIT STOP (Optional)
Thehandlelimitstopcanbeadjustedbythehomeowneroncethefaucetisinstalled.Settingthehandlelimitstopmayhelptopreventscaldingbecauseit
limitstheamountofhotwaterinthemix;however,thishandlelimitstopwillnotalwayspreventscaldingbecauseitdoesnotcompensateforincomingpressure
or sudden water temperature changes.
TO CHANGE THE POSITIONS OF THE HANDLE LIMIT STOP:
A.TheHandleLimitStopcomespresetfromthefactorytoprovidefullhandlemovementandfullwatertemperaturerange.
B.Toreducetheamountofhotwaterinthemix:Removethehandlewhileinthecoldpositionbyremovingthebuttonandlooseningthescrewwiththe
wrench provided. Remove the Handle Limit Stop (1) and rotate it counter-clockwise. Reinstall the Handle Limit Stop aligning the indicator marks as shown
(viewB)forminimumhandlemovementandtheleastamountofhotwaterinthemix.FordifferentwatertemperaturerangesreinstalltheHandleLimitStop
aligningtheintermediateindicatormarksuntilthemaximumdesiredwatertemperatureisprovided.
AJUSTE DEL TOPE DEL MANGO (Opcional)
Se puede ajustar el tope del mango por el propietario de casa una vez instalado el grifo. El ajuste del tope del mango podría ayudar a evitar quemaduras
debido a que limita la cantidad de agua caliente en la mezcla; no obstante, este tope del mango no siempre evitará quemaduras debido a que no compensa la
presión entrante o cambios bruscos de temperatura del agua.
PARA CAMBIAR LA POSICIÓN DEL TOPE DEL MANGO:
A.ElTopedelMangoyaestápreconguradoenfábricaparaproporcionarelmovimientocompletodelmangoyelrangocompletodetemperaturadelagua.
B.Parareducirlacantidaddelaguacalienteenlamezcla:Retireelmangomientrasenlaposicióndeaguafríaretirandoelbotónyaojandoeltornilloconla
llaveinglesaprovista.RetireelTopedelMango(1)ygíreloaderecha.Reinstaleeltopedelmangoalineandolasmarcasindicadorascomosemuestra
(vistaB)paraelmovimientomín.delmangoylacantidadmín.delaguacalienteenlamezcla.
Paralosdiferentesrangosdetemperaturadelagua,reinstaleelTopedelMangoalineandolasmarcasindicadorasintermediashastaquesesuministrela
temperaturamáx.delaguadeseada.
REGLAGE DE LA BUTEE DE LA POIGNEE (Optionnel)
Labutéedelapoignéepeutêtreajustéeparlepropriétaireunefoisquelerobinetestinstallé.Réglerlabutéepeutaiderd’éviterdebrulercarellelimitela
quantitéd’eauchaudedanslemitigeur.Cependant,cettebutéeneprotègerapascontrelesbrulurescarellenecompensepaspourlapressionarrivantoules
changements soudains de températures.
POUR CHANGER LA POSITION DE LA BUTÉE DE LA POIGNÉE :
A.LaButéedelaPoignéeestlivréeprérégléedepuisl’usinepourfournirunmouvementdelapoignéeetuneéchelledetempératured’eautotale.
B.Pourréduirelaquantitéd’eauchaudedanslemélange:Retirezlapoignéelorsqu’elleestenpositioneaufroideenretirantleboutoneten
desserrantlavisaveclacléfournie.RetirezButéedePoignée(1)ettournez-ladanslesensantihoraire.Réinstallezlabutéedepoignéeen
alignant le marqueur comme indiqué

pourunmouvementdepoignéeminimaletlaquantitéd’eauchaudeminimaledanslemélange.
Pourdesfourchettesdetempératured’eaudifférentes,réinstallezlaButéedePoignéeenalignantlemarqueurintermédiairejusqu’àcequele
