Problem Solution

The source is playing,

but there’s no sound in

the headphones.

• Make sure all headphones are com-

pletely plugged in.

• Make sure the volume levels are turned

up.

• Make sure the amplifier is receiving an

input signal.

The LED light is not lit. Make sure the 12 V DC adapter is plugged

into the outlet, and the connector is com-

pletely inserted into the power supply on the

headphone amplifier.

There’s noise or a hum

in the headphones.

• The noise might come from a faulty

input device.

• Check if there’s a faulty ground in the

signal chain.
