4.3. Operating method (P 6075)
1. DUAL POWER SUPPLY USED IN INDEPENDENT MODE
1.1. Set both (21) and (22) in released pop-up position (in status )
1.2. Setting Master Voltage Output: Turn voltage adjustor (9) to maximum limit (factory
defaulted), then adjust voltage adjustor button 5, 6, 7 & 8 to your required voltage. Setting
Slave Voltage Output in similar procedure.
1.3. Setting up Limit current protection : Turn on power, voltage must be set bigger than 'zero',
use thick conductor to connector terminal 27 & 29, then adjust 9 & 10 buttons so that
Master current is your required current value. Now, the protection limit is set. Slave limit
current protection can be set up similarly.
2. DUAL POWER SUPPLY USE IN SERIES MODE
2.1. Push the on/off button 21 down (in position), Release 22 in pop up (in position),
now the slave voltage set up are in domain mode, Slave voltage is following master
voltages. Press 5, 6, 7 & 8 adjustors, output voltage terminal 24 & 29 can reach dual
voltage, sum of master and slave.
2.2. When dual power supply use in series mode, dual current adjustors are still independent,
if slave limit is set at a point, when using in mode current reached limit point, slave
voltage do not follow Master's adjustor.
2.3. In series mode, terminals 26 & 27 should be connected together with a thick conductive
wire to prevent damage to the unit in the event of an overload.
3. DUAL POWER SUPPY IN PARALLEL MODEL:
3.1. Press down 21 &22 (in position), dual output now in active parallel model, adjusts
5, 6, 7 & 8, dual power voltage change identically, at the same time slave indicator 19
lights.
3.2. In parallel, slave buttons are dormant; the maximum output current is the sum of the
master and slave output currents.
