4.2. Testing LED
1. Connect the black lest probe to the cathode of the LED tobe tested, and
the red lest probe to the anode of this LED. Never reverse the
connections; otherwise the LED may be damaged.
2. lf the LED is good, it will light up gradually, and if the LED does not light,
it is bad.
3. This method can be used to lest LED string lights where LEDs are
connected in series. lf the LED string lights under lest do not light or part
of the LED string lights does not light, you can lest the LED string lights
section by section until the damaged LED(s) is located.
