8. Installation of the software
The installation of the software is needed to operate the IR-
thermometer in connection with the PC.
To install the Interface Program, please follow below procedure:
1. Start Windows (9x/2000/XP/VISTA/7)
2. Insert the provided software-CD into CD/DVD-drive
3. To install the Interface Program, please follow below
procedure:
4. Locate the CD/DVD-ROM drive from the windows, double
click the drive letter to display the folder of PeakTech
®
4960.
5. Double click the file "SETPUP.EXE".
6. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.
