Ports Instruction (P 1290)

1. USB port: Supply power by PC USB or the adapter; communicate with PC

2. Probe Compensation: Measurement signal (5V/1KHz) output

3. MULTI port: EXT trigger input, trigger output or Pass/Fail output

4. How to Connect with PC

1. Install the Software

Install the software on the supplied CD (The setup file is named as PeakTech VO-***-setup.exe, ***

represents version number such as 1.022).

2. Double-click the created desktop shortcuts (PeakTech_VO).

3. Connection

Use the supplied USB cable to connect the USB port of the Oscilloscope in Figure 0-1 to the

USB port of a PC.

Note: If you use a USB cable which is not supplied by us, some problems such as connection error

and signal disturbing might occur.

4. Install the USB driver:

Open the help document of the software. Follow the steps of title "USB Driver Install Guide" in the

document to install the driver.
