pollutants, are not regulated as hazardous materials in package sizes less than the product
reportable quantity, unless transported by vessel.
This product is not regulated as a marine pollutant when transported on inland waterways in
sizes of ≤5L or ≤5 kg or by road, rail, or inland air in non-bulk sizes, provided the packagings
meet the general provisions of §§ 173.24 and 173.24a.
