1. Allgemeine Informationen 1.1 Verwendung dieser Bedienungsanleitung Diese Bedienungsanleitung beinhaltet erforderliche Informationen für die sachgerechte Montage und Bedienung der WALLBOX EV11 in allen Lebenszyklusphasen. Die sicherheitstechnischen Informationen gewährleisten den sicheren und effizienten Umgang mit der WALLBOX EV11 für Mensch und Umwelt. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist ein Bestandteil des Produkts.
1.5 Arten der Sicherheitshinweise DE Im Handbuch finden Sie an verschiedenen Stellen Hinweise und Warnungen vor möglichen Gefahren. 1.7 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung 1.8 Vernünftigerweise vorhersehbare Fehlanwendung Die Ladestation ist für das Aufladen elektrisch betriebener Fahrzeuge, z.B. Elektrofahrzeuge (PEV) oder Plug-In-Hybrid Fahrzeuge (PHEV) bestimmt. Bei einer Verwendung außerhalb der vorgegebenen Grenzen oder bei einer Handhabung, die nicht in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben ist, können die Sicherheit und die Eigenschaften des Produktes beeinträchtigt werden.
2. 6. Montage DE EN 6.1 Standortauswahl Die Ladestation ist für den Innen- und Außenbereich geeignet. Umgebungsbedingungen: - keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung - Umgebungstemperatur: -25 °C bis +40 °C - Luftfeuchtigkeit: 5% bis 95% - Seehöhe: 0 m bis 2000 m 6.2 Montagelage Die Montage der Ladestation muss vertikal an einer senkrechten, ebenen Wand oder an einer geeigneten Standsäule erfolgen. Montieren Sie die Ladestation auf keinen Fall so, dass sie direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt ist.
6.3 Aufputzmontage HINWEIS Kontrollieren Sie die Ladestation nach dem Auspacken auf etwaige Beschädigungen. HINWEIS Für Montage und Installation der Ladestation sind die jeweiligen nationalen Vorschriften zu beachten. HINWEIS An den markierten Stellen mit einem für das Wandmaterial geeigneten Bohrer bohren. DE HINWEIS Bei der Montage darauf achten, dass Montageplatte und Gehäuseunterseite nicht verzogen oder deformiert werden.
Montage DE Befestigen Sie den Gehäusedeckel mithilfe der vier mitgelieferten Schrauben (Abb. 1). Das max. Drehmoment von 100 Ncm für die Gehäuseschrauben darf nicht überschritten werden. Um die Gehäuseabdeckung zu montieren, halten Sie diese wie in Abb. 2 gezeigt zur Montageplatte (dazu die Flügel der Abdeckung leicht auseinanderziehen) und befestigen Sie die Abdeckung zuerst unten mithilfe der mitgelieferten Linsenblechschrauben.
6.4 Bedingungen für den elektrischen Anschluss Vorgaben für die Unterverteilung: Jeder Ladepunkt muss über eine eigene Zuleitung mit entsprechender Absicherung verfügen. Die Wallbox braucht einen passenden Leitungsschutzschalter und Fehlerstrom Schutzschalter. Da die Wallbox bereits über eine Gleichstromfehlererkennung >6mA verfügt, benötigen Sie keinen RCD Typ B. Verwenden Sie möglichst einen Überspannungsschutz in der Unterverteilung.
Montage DE EN 6.5 Elektrischer Anschluss der Ladestation Für den elektrischen Anschluss der Ladestation gehen Sie wie folgt vor: Die Zuleitung (Versorgung) erfolgt durch eine Kabelverschraubung (M25) von unten. Führen Sie die Zuleitung ein und schließen Sie diese an den schraublosen Klemmblock (Klippon®Connect) der Ladestation an (siehe Bild). Bei flexiblen Leitungen sind Aderendhülsen (gemäß Herstellerangaben) zu verwenden.
6.6 Sicherheitsprüfungen 6.7 Inbetriebnahme Elektrische Anlagen oder Geräte müssen vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme vom Errichter der Anlage bzw. des Geräts auf die Wirksamkeit der Schutzmaßnahme(n) der Anlage, gemäß den national geltenden Vorschriften, geprüft werden. Dies gilt auch für die Erweiterung oder Änderung bestehender Anlagen oder elektrischer Geräte. Sämtliche Bestimmungen für die Schutzmaßnahmen sind einzuhalten. Versorgen Sie die Ladestation mit Spannung (z.B.
7. Bedienung DE EN 7.1 Bedeutung der LED Statusanzeige Die Ladestation verfügt über eine LED Statusanzeige, die den aktuellen Zustand der Ladestation anzeigt. Die Farben der LED Statusanzeige stellen dabei folgende Zustände dar: Licht blinkt GRÜN 7.2 Fahrzeug laden Ihre Ladestation besitzt ein fest angeschlagenes Ladekabel. VORSICHT Achten Sie darauf, dass das Ladekabel zu keinem Zeitpunkt unter Zugspannung steht.
7.3 Beenden des Ladevorganges Wenn der gewünschte Ladezustand erreicht ist, beenden Sie den Ladevorgang an Ihrem Elektrofahrzeug. HINWEIS DE EN Wenn das Fahrzeug vollständig geladen ist, beendet das Fahrzeug den Ladevorgang automatisch. Die LED leuchtet GRÜN. Trennen Sie das Ladekabel vom Elektrofahrzeug. Folgen Sie dazu den Anweisungen der Gebrauchsanleitung Ihres Fahrzeugs. HINWEIS Ladekabel erst von der Ladestation trennen wenn die automatische Verriegelung gelöst ist.
8. Fehlerbehebung DE EN Fehlerbeschreibung Der Ladevorgang wird nicht gestartet. Die Status-LED blinkt grün. Die Status-LED leuchtet rot. Die Status-LED leuchtet nicht. LED Statusanzeige Mögliche Ursache / Behebung Das Fahrzeug wird nicht erkannt Prüfen Sie zunächst den Sitz des Ladekabels am Fahrzeug. Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, überprüfen Sie, ob das Fahrzeug eine Fehlermeldung anzeigt. In diesem Fall wenden Sie sich für weitere Informationen an Ihren Fahrzeughändler.
9. Reinigung und Wartung 9.1 Reinigung VORSICHT Beenden Sie vor Reinigung, Pflege und Wartungsarbeiten den Ladevorgang. Lösen Sie zusätzlich das Ladekabel aus einem eventuell angeschlossenen Fahrzeug und geben Sie die Schutzkappe auf die Ladekupplung. Sie können die Ladestation folgendermaßen reinigen: Wischen Sie die Ladestation außen mit einem trockenen Tuch ab. VORSICHT Die Ladestation darf nicht mit einem Wasseroder Dampfstrahlreiniger gereinigt werden.

General information 1.1 Use of operating manual 1.4 Liability limitation This operating manual contains necessary information for the proper installation and operation of the WALLBOX EV11 in all life cycle phases. The safety-related information ensures the safe and efficient handling of the WALLBOX EV11 for people and the environment. The operating instructions are an integral part of the product.
DE EN 1.5 Types of safety instructions You will find notes and warnings of possible dangers at various points in the manual. The symbols used have the following meaning: DANGER Failure to observe will result in death or serious injury. WARNING Non-compliance can lead to death or serious injury. Escape from the danger.
1.7 Intended use The charging station is intended for charging electrically powered vehicles, e.g. electric vehicles (PEV) or plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEV). The intended use of the charging station includes compliance with the environmental conditions for which this charging station was developed (see page 30 / chapter 6 mounting). The charging station was developed, manufactured, tested and documented in compliance with the relevant standards.

6. Mounting DE EN 6.1 Site selection 6.2 Mounting position The charging station is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The charging station must be mounted vertically on a vertical, level wall or on a suitable pedestal. Environmental conditions: - No direct sunlight - Ambient temperature: -25 °C to +40 °C - Humidity: 5% to 95% - Altitude: 0 m to 2000 m Never mount the charging station in such a way that it is exposed to direct sunlight. Do not mount the charging station horizontally.
6.3 Surface mounting NOTE Check the charging station for any damage after unpacking. NOTE For assembly and installation of the charging station, the respective national regulations must be observed. Drill at the marked points using a drill bit suitable for the wall material. DE NOTE When mounting, make sure that the mounting plate and the underside of the housing are not distorted or deformed.
Mounting DE Fasten the housing cover using the four screws supplied (Fig.1). The max. torque of 100 Ncm for the housing screws must not be exceeded. To mount the housing cover, hold it towards the mounting plate as shown in Fig. 2 (to do this, slightly pull the wings of the cover apart) and first fasten the cover at the bottom using the supplied pan-head screws. 6.4 Conditions for the electrical connection Specifications for the sub-distribution: Each charging point must have its own supply line with appropriate fuse protection. The wallbox needs a suitable line circuit breaker and residual current circuit breaker. Since the wallbox already has a DC fault detection >6mA, you do not need a RCD type B. If possible, use overvoltage protection in the subdistribution. Observe the labeling of the connection terminals (L3, L2, L1, N, PE).
Mounting DE EN 6.5 Electrical connection of the charging station For the electrical connection of the charging station, proceed as follows: The supply line (supply) is fed through a cable gland (M25) from below. Insert the supply line and connect it to the screwless terminal block (Klippon®Connect) of the charging station (see picture). Use wire end sleeves (according to manufacturer‘s instructions) for flexible conductors.
6.6 Safety checks 6.7 Start-up Electrical systems or devices must be tested for the effectiveness of the protective measure(s) of the system, in accordance with the nationally applicable regulations, by the installer of the system or device before initial commissioning. This also applies to the expansion or modification of existing systems or electrical devices. All regulations for protective measures must be observed. Apply voltage to the charging station (e.g. switch on circuit breaker).
7. Handling DE EN 7.1 Meaning of the LED status display The charging station has an LED status display that indicates the actual status of the charging station. The colors of the LED status display represent the following states: LED flashes GREEN The charging station is ready for use LED illuminates GREEN Vehicle detected LED illuminates BLUE Vehicle charging LED illuminates or flashes RED Error CAUTION Avoid direct eye contact with the illuminated LED. 36 7.
7.3 Ending the charging process When the desired state of charge is reached, end the charging process on your electric vehicle. NOTE After the vehicle is fully charged, the vehicle will end the charging process automatically. LED illuminates GREEN. DE EN Disconnect the charging cable from the electric vehicle. To do this, follow the instructions in the user manual for your vehicle. NOTE Do not disconnect the charging cable from the charging station until the automatic lock is released.
8. Troubleshooting DE EN Error description The charging process is not started. The status LED flashes green. The status LED lights up red The status LED does not light up. LED Status Possible cause / remedy Vehicle is not detected First check the fit of the charging cable on the vehicle. If the problem persists, check if the vehicle displays an error message. In this case, contact your vehicle dealer for more information. Charging cable defect Contact our support.
9. Cleaning and maintenance 9.1 Cleaning CAUTION Stop the charging process before cleaning, care and maintenance work. In addition, disconnect the charging cable from any connected vehicle and place the protective cap on the charging coupler. You can clean the charging station as follows: Wipe the outside of the charging station with a dry cloth. CAUTION The charging station must not be cleaned with a water or steam jet cleaner.
