As described previously, the ISO evaluation function requires the measuring unit velocity or
displacement in conjunction with the parameter RMS. Otherwise, the menu to enable this function
cannot be opened and the following hint is displayed on the screen.
Machine groups:
• Group 1: Large machines with nominal power >300 kW;
Electrical machines with shaft height >315 mm
These machines generally have plain bearings and the relatively
high rated/operating speeds range from 

• Group 2: Medium-sized machines with nominal power between 15 kW and
300 kW;
Electrical machines with shaft height 160 mm <H <315 mm.
