3. In the My location section, select the Use wireless networks check box or the Use
GPS satellites check box, or both. Press and touch > Maps to open the
application.
Search for Places of Interest
It's easy to search for places of interest on your device.
1. On the map, press , and then touch Search.
2. Enter the place you want to search for in the search box, and then touch the Search icon.
3. Your search results will then be displayed. Touch a place you are interested in and the
application will show where it is on the map.
Get Directions
When you need to know how to get where you are going by car, public transit, or walking, you
can get directions quickly.
1. While viewing a map, press , and then touch Directions.
2. Enter the starting point in the first text box, and then enter your destination in the second
text box.
3. Touch the icon for car, public transit, or walking directions.
4. Touch Get directions. Your directions will appear on the map.
5. When you finish viewing or following the directions, press and touch More > Clear
map to reset the map.
TeleNav™ GPS Navigator
TeleNav GPS Navigator gives you turn-by-turn directions onscreen and over speakerphone.
You must first download and install the Sprint ID Pack in order to access TeleNav GPS
Navigator.
To Download and Install the Sprint ID Pack:
1. Press and tap .
2. Touch Get New > Sprint and follow the onscreen prompts to download and install the
Sprint ID Pack.

Depending on your service plan, TeleNav GPS Navigator may require a monthly
subscription. Contact Sprint for information and pricing.
