1. Press and touch > Contacts.
2. Touch a duplicate contact.
3. Touch Joined Contacts, and then touch Add contact.
4. Select the contact to be joined to combine two duplicate contacts.
Delete a Contact
You can delete a contact from the contacts details page.
1. Press and touch > Contacts.
2. Touch and hold the contact and then touch Delete contact.
3. Touch OK.
Synchronize Contacts
You can synchronize contacts when you back up your contact list to your Google account.
1. Press > and touch Settings > Accounts & sync > Add account to log in to
your Google account. If you have already logged in to your Google account, you do not
need to perform this step.
2. Press > and touch Settings > Accounts & sync. On the Accounts & sync
settings screen, select your Google account. On the displayed screen, touch the menu
key, and then touch Sync now to synchronize your contact list.
Share Contacts
You can quickly share contacts using Bluetooth or email.
1. Press and touch > Contacts.
2. Press and touch Multi-select .
3. Select the check marks for the contact you want to share, and then touch Send.
4. In the Complete action using menu, select a method:
 Bluetooth to send the information via Bluetooth. See Bluetooth for information on
pairing and sending via Bluetooth.
 Email to send the information as an email attachment. If prompted, select an email
account. Address the message, add a subject and a message, and then touch Send.
