What can I do if the network signal cannot be searched
for?
1. Check that the device is placed in an open space
without any obstacles surrounded, such as
concrete or walls.
2. Check that the device is placed away from any
household appliance that produces a strong
electric or magnetic field, such as a microwave
oven, a refrigerator, or a satellite dish antenna.
3. Ensure that you are in the service area.
4. If the problem still persists, please consult your
service provider.
What can I do if the client connected to the device cannot
access the Internet?
1. Restart the device.
2. Ensure that the client is connected to the device
properly.
3. Check the power supply, ensuring that the power
supply is properly connected and the device is
powered on.
4. Check the signal strength, ensuring that the area is
covered by the network.
5. Check that the network adapter of your client runs
properly.
6. If the problem still persists, please consult your
Internet provider.
What can I do if the client can not access the Wi-Fi?
1. Ensure the Wi-Fi function is enabled.
2. If there are obstacles surrounded, adjust the
position of the device.
3. Check the SSID, wireless security type, and
encryption key settings of your client are the same
as those of your device.
