manually connect to or disconnect from the
network and browse status information.
3. For more settings, click Login.
4. Enter the user password (password by default) in
the login window, and then click
Login.
5. After the user account is verified, you can perform
operations through the Web management page.
Connecting to and Disconnecting from the
Network
When you do not use the Internet, you can use the
Web management page to disconnect the device from
the network manually. After you disconnect the network
connection, you need to connect the device to the
network again before accessing the Internet.
To connect to or disconnect from the network:
䊳 To connect to the network, from the Web
management home page, click
Connect. 
The device will connect to the network
automatically.
䊳 To disconnect from the network, from the Web
management home page, click
Disconnect.
Disconnect from the network only in automatic
mode.
Using a Card
To set the share mode of the microSD card:
1. Insert a microSD card in the device. See “Installing
or Removing a Card” on page 10.
2. Log in to the Web management page.
3. Click the SD Card tab and then click SD Card
Settings.
4. Set the SD card sharing mode: Web Share Mode or
USB Access Only. 
If you select
Web Share Mode, you need set the
parameters. Refer to the following table:
Note: It is highly recommended you change the default
password. See “Maintaining the Password” on page 40.
Tip: You can also connect to or disconnect from the network
in the
Connection page after logging into the Web
management page.
