WHEN A NEW MESSAGE ARRIVES
1. The following display appears when a new
message arrives.
2. To display the message, select View Now and
press the OK Key
.
NEW MESSAGE
TXT MESSAGE
1. Press the Left Soft Key [Message], scroll to New Message and
press the OK Key , select TXT Message and press the OK Key .
Shortcut: Press the My Messaging Key , above the End key.
2. Enter the phone number and press the OK Key .
By pressing the Right Soft Key [Add], you can choose from the following by
pressing the OK Key :
1. From Contacts: Search for phone numbers or email addresses which are stored in the
contacts list.
2. Recent Calls: Search for all phone number which is stored in the recent calls list.
3. Groups: Search the groups stored in the contacts list.
4. To Contacts: Save the unsaved number or email address to the contact list before
sending the message.
3. Enter the message and press the OK Key [SEND].
By pressing the Right Soft Key [Options], you can choose from the following by
pressing the OK Key :
1. Quick Text: Inserts already written sentences in TXT message.
2. Save As Draft: To save the TXT message.
3. Add: To attach Graphic, Sound, Name Card.
Graphic: Inserts simple image or animation in TXT message.
Sound: Inserts EMS sound in TXT message.
Name Card: Inserts name card in TXT message.
4. Edit Text Format: Allows you to edit the Alignment, Font Size, Font Style, Font Color,
Background Color.
Alignment: Select Left, Center or Right by pressing the Directional Key left or right
/ .
Font Size: Select Small, Normal or Large by pressing the Directional Key left or right
/ .
Font Style: Select Strikethrough, Normal, Bold, Italic or Underline by pressing the
Directional Key left or right / .
Font Color: Select Font color by pressing the Directional Key left or right / .
Background Color: Select Background color by pressing the Directional Key left or
right / .
5. Priority Level: Select High or Normal by pressing the Directional Key up or down
/ .
6. Cancel Message: To cancel message.
As long as one field is complete in TXT Message, the message will be saved in the
draft box.

PICTURE MESSAGE
1. Press the Left Soft Key [Message], scroll to New Message and
press the OK Key , select Picture Message and press the OK Key
.
2. Enter the phone number and press the OK Key
.
By pressing the Right Soft Key [Add], you can choose from the following by
pressing the OK Key :
1. From Contacts: Search for phone numbers or email addresses which are stored in the
contacts list.
2. Recent Calls: Search for all phone number in the recent calls list.
3. Groups: Search the groups in the contacts list.
4. To Online Album: Send Picture Message by using online Address.
5. To Contacts: Save the unsaved number or email address to the contact list before
sending the message.

[My Pics]. Scroll
and select the picture and press the OK Key . You can only send
one picture file.
5. Scroll to Sound field and press the Left Soft Key
[Sounds]. Scroll
and select the sound and press the OK Key . You can only send
one sound file.
6. Scroll to Subject field and write the subject.
7. Scroll to Name Card field. Press the Left Soft Key
[Add] and scroll
to My Name Card or Contacts. Press the OK Key and select the
card or the contact and press the OK Key
.
8. Press the OK Key
[SEND].
By pressing the Right Soft Key [Options], you can choose from the following by
pressing the OK Key :
Preview: Preview a written message.
Save As Draft: Save the message.
Add Quick Text: Inserts already written sentences in the message.
Add Slide: Add a another message.
Priority Level: Scroll and select High or Normal.
Remove Picture: Remove inserted picture in Picture field.
Remove Slide: Remove the current slide.
Remove Sound: Remove inserted sound in Sound field.
Remove Name Card: Remove inserted name card in Name Card field.
Cancel Message: Cancel message.
As long as one field is complete in Picture Message, the message will be saved in the
draft box.
