Guarantee when they send you money.

Profile. This is useful if you wish to
display prices in different currencies, but
only do business in a single currency.
PayPal Money Back Guarantee
PayPal now offers buyers the opportunity to
purchase a guarantee on eligible tangible
goods transactions of less than $1000.

This
guarantee is a contract between PayPal and
the buyer, and allows your buyer to return the
merchandise to PayPal if they are dissatisfied,
at no additional cost or liability to you. This
does not replace any optional insurance you
may already offer your buyers. If you would like
to, you can opt out of offering the Money Back
Guarantee to your buyers. To do this, log in to
your PayPal account and click on the “Profile”
subtab of the “My Account” tab. Click on the
“Guarantee Preferences” link in the “Selling
Preferences” column to opt out.
