Assembly Instructions

1. Secure the wall bracket and arm to the solid surface where you will hang the fan. A structurally secure or solid

wall/ beam is best.

2. Secure the “U“ shaped yoke to the arm of the wall bracket. Use the 5/8” bolt and 5/8” nut supplied. Tighten the

nut onto the bolt using a 5/16” box end wrench and ratchet with a 5/16” socket.

For clearance reasons, the “U” shaped yoke must open down.

3. The fan head ts inside the “U” shaped yoke. Threaded studs on each side of the fan t through the predrilled holes

on the yoke.

Note: Do not operate fan if the nger guards are damaged or missing.

Important: The wall mount should be a

solid structure able to safely support the

weight of the fan. The fan should not be

at a height that will cause head injury to

employees. Ideally, the fan should be

mounted on the top corner of either side

of the dock door, allowing the fan to

blow down into the back of the truck.
