This fixture must be wired in accordance with all national and local electrical codes.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS INSTALLATION Caution: Make sure power is off at fuse or circuit breaker box. Check power wires for damage or scrapes. If power supply wires are within 7.62 cm (3 in.) of driver, use wire suitable for at least 90 °C (194 °F). Note: Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wire rated to 60 °C. Consult a qualified electrician before installing. 1.) Remove 2 screws from the end cap (C) of fixture body (A). Then carefully slide and pull out diffuser (B) from fixture body (A). 2.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5.) Fasten fixture body (A) to the ceiling using four screws (not included). 5 A 6.) Where there is a wood joist, use a wood screw to mount the fixture body (A). Where there is no joist, wall anchors must be used to mount the fixture body (A) securely to the ceiling board. NOTE: When mounted, the mounting hardware must secure the fixture solidly to the ceiling. Wood screws must penetrate joists or wall anchors must be placed through the ceiling board. 7.) To install diffuser (B).

CARE AND MAINTENANCE Use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth to wipe the surface of the fixture. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives. If necessary, use a mild soap with water to clean off any dirt or stains. TROUBLESHOOTING 1.
