TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check to ensure the power supply is on.The power is off.
Check to ensure the circuit breaker is in
the on position.
Check to ensure proper wire connections
are made. Contact a qualified electrician.
The circuit breaker is off.
There is a bad connection.
There is a defective switch. Contact a qualified electrician.
The male and female connectors are
not connected properly.
Make sure the male connector and
female connector are well connected.
PROBLEM
The fixture doesn't light up.
The fuse blows or circuit
breaker trips when the light
is turned on.
The wires are crossed or the power
wire is grounding out.
Check to ensure proper wire connections
are made. Contact a qualified electrician.
The fixture flashes when
adjusting the brightness.
The dimmer is not compatible with
the fixture.
Use the recommended dimmers or make
sure the adjustment range is between
10%~100%.

6. Push spring loaded clips on
the fixture upwards and insert
fixture base into the mounting
hole. Release the clips to
secure the fixture to the ceiling.
5. Connect the male plug to the
female plug and secure the
connector.
