● To clean, turn off and wipe with a damp, non-abrasive cloth.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
3. Connect electrical wires.
● Remove the appropriate
knock-out (s) to accommodate
the type of electrical service to
be used.
● Insert electrical supply cable
through knock-out into the
hardwire box.
● Use wire connectors to connect:
- Ground wire of supply cable to ground (yellow/green)
wire from fixture.
- Connect black wire of supply cable to black wire of fixture.
- Connect white wire of supply cable to white wire of fixture.
● Place all wires and connections back into the hardwire box
and replace cover.
Note: Supply wire insulation must be rated for at least 90˚C.

6. Push spring loaded clips on
the fixture upwards and insert
fixture base into the mounting
hole. Release the clips to
secure the fixture to the
ceiling.
Turn on the power at fuse or
circuit box.

5. Connect the male plug to the
female plug and secure the
connector.

1. Locate a suitable position to place
the fixture and open in accordance
to the cut-hole dimensions. A
template is provided to assist in
properly locating and cutting the
hole.

4. Insert hardwire box through
the mounting hole.

2. Open the hardwire box cover.
Adjust the color temperature
(2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K/
5000K) according to your
preference.

FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: If, during normal use, this PATRIOT LIGHTING lighting fixture breaks or fails
due to a defect in material workmanship within five (5) years from the date of original purchase, simply bring this
lighting fixture with the original sales receipt back to your nearest MENARDS retail store. At its discretion, PATRIOT
LIGHTING agrees to have the product or any defective part(s) repaired or replaced with the same or similar PATRIOT
LIGHTING product or part free of charge, within the stated warranty period, when returned by the original purchaser
with original sales receipt. This warranty; (1) excludes expendable parts including but not limited to light bulbs; (2) does
not cover damage that has resulted from abuse or misuse; and (3) does not cover any losses, labor, injuries to
persons/property or costs. This warranty does give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary
from state to state.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The power is off. Check to ensure the power supply is on.
Check to ensure the circuit breaker is in
the on position.
Check to ensure proper wire connections
are made. Contact a qualified electrician.
The circuit breaker is off.
There is a bad connection.
There is a defective switch. Contact a qualified electrician.
PROBLEM
The fixture doesn't light up.
The fuse blows or circuit
breaker trips when the light
is turned on.
The wires are crossed or the power
wire is grounding out.
Check to ensure proper wire connections
are made. Contact a qualified electrician.
