Installation Instructions
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly, installation or operation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and diagram on previous page. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble,
install or operate the product.
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Screwdriver, Phillips Screwdriver, Pliers, Electrical Tape, Wire Cutters,
Safety Glasses, Ladder, Wire Stripper.

5. With clips seated properly
inside can insert remodel
housing into ceiling junction
box first. Hold fixture up
against ceiling and push clip
through housing slot.
(See Fig.2).
7. To release, pull down on clip.
Then install trim. Use only
trims specified on product
label. (sold separately)
(See Fig.4).
6. To lock clips insert a flat-tip
screwdriver into notch of clip
and push upward. (See Fig.3).

Important
- 7-1/2” height allows the fixture to be installed where 2x8 joist exists.
- Housing can be installed from below the ceiling.
- Four remodeling tension clips can accommodate 3/8” to 5/8” thick ceiling.
- Comes with quick connectors which makes wiring connection easy. No wire connectors necessary.
1. Using template, scribe circle on ceiling in desired location.
2. Accurately cut hole in ceiling.
3. Provide electrical service with flexible cable only.
Pass cable through opening and wire fixture in accordance
with NEC or your local electrical code. Fixture must be
supplied with wire rated for at least 90°C.

4. Connect supply leads to wires in fixture junction box. Connect white to white, black to black and green supply wire to
bare copper wire.
Turn off the power at fuse or circuit box.
Note: This housing can match with an incandescent bulb or LED bulb.
