WARNING ● Turn off electricity at main fuse box (or circuit breaker box) before beginning installation by removing fuse (or switching off circuit breaker). ● Be careful not to damage or cut the wire insulation (covering) during fixture installation. Do not permit wires to contact any surface having a sharp edge.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (continued) 5. Attach the plate (A) to the 5 mounting strap unit (AA) by inserting the threaded pipe, then secure it with the finial (DD). AA A DD 6. Install 5 X 60W medium base vintage bulbs (GG) (included). See relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum wattage allowed. 6 Turn on the power at fuse or circuit box.
