WARNING • To reduce the risk of electrical shock, turn off the electricity at the main fuse box or circuit panel before you begin the installation or before servicing or installing the fixture.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Turn off circuit breakers and wall switch to the fixture supply line leads. WARNING: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to installation may result in serious injury. ON ON OFF OFF 2. Remove existing fixture. WARNING: When using an existing outlet box, be sure the outlet box is securely attached to the building structure and can support the full weight of the fixture. Failure to do so can result in serious injury. 3.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (continued) 7. Temporarily place canopy (A) over mounting plate (AA) to determine amount of adjustment necessary for screws (BB) -- screws (BB) should come through holes in canopy (A) just enough so decorative nuts (CC) will fit flush against canopy (A) when mounted. While gripping one of the nuts (DD) with pliers (not included), loosen screw (BB) and then loosen nut (DD). Repeat for other screw and nut.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE • To clean, turn off power and wipe fixture with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use an abrasive cleaner. TROUBLESHOOTING WARNING: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to troubleshooting any wiring issues may result in serious injury. Problem: Lights do not come on. Solutions: 1. Check power (circuit box and wall switch) to fixture. 2. Check to be sure wires are connected properly with wire connectors. 3. Verify that bulbs are installed correctly. 4.
