This fixture must be wired in accordance with all national and local electrical codes.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Separate the Canopy (B) from the Diffuser (A) by removing the two Phillips Screws (DD). 1 2. Remove the Gem Bar (AA) from the Canopy (B) by removing the two Canopy Barrel Nuts (EE). B DD A 3. Mount Gem Bar (AA) to the junction box (not included) using two Junction Box Screws (BB) to secure it. 2 AA Wiring – all wiring must take place inside junction box. B Caution: Make sure power is off at fuse or circuit breaker box. Check power wires for damage or scrapes.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE Use a dry or slightly damp clean cloth to wipe the surface of the fixture. Do not use any cleaner with chemical solutions and abrasive pad. If necessary, use a mild soap with water to clean off any dirt or stains. TROUBLESHOOTING 1.
