Installation Instructions

OPERATION (Figures 1, 2, & 3)
• Slide the battery compartment cover to open.
• Insert 3 new AA 1.5V batteries (not included)
noting the correct polarity for each.
• Re-assemble the unit by reversing the above
procedure.
• Slide the switch to the ON position to turn on. Slide
the switch to the OFF position to turn off when not
in use.
Sliding the switch to the TIMER position will
activate the timer function (on for 6 hours and off
for 18 hours).
OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
• Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-
cadmium or other types) batteries.
• Replace only with 1.5V “AA” type batteries. Please remove batteries if consumed or if product is to be
left unused for a long time or when depleted.
• Replace all batteries of a set at the same time and clean the battery contacts and also those of the
device prior to the battery installation.
• Replace batteries insuring proper polarity.
• When the batteries expire, they must be recycled or disposed of properly. Please contact your local
waste disposal authority for correct procedure. Do not put battery into fire.
• For indoor use only.
