Your lantern is illuminated with a solar-charged LED panel. It contains

no user-replaceable batteries.

Before rst use, place the LED panel in full sun for several hours to charge.

Once charged, click the rubber button on the corner of the solar panel

to switch the lantern on. While the lantern is “ON” the LED panel will

automatically turn on in the dark and turn off in daylight. You can also

manually turn the LED panel “OFF” by clicking the rubber button again.

Even if the panel is turned “ON” you may not see the LEDs illuminating

if there is ambient light. To conrm that it is working, take it into a dark

room or simply cover the solar panel, which will simulate darkness.

To enjoy your lantern, simply place the solar LED panel with LEDs facing

down on top of the lantern.

To secure the LED panel to the lantern, reach through the open weave of

the lantern to rotate the connector tabs at opposite corners of the LED

panel to clasp the support braces at the corners of the lantern.

DO NOT stand or allow children to stand on the assembled product. Perform periodic checks to make sure the

connectors are secure and adjust if needed.

WARRANTY:

The included rechargeable lithium-ion battery carries a 6-month warranty from date of purchase. All other parts

carry a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. The following may void your warranty:

• Use of any unapproved battery. Use only a rechargeable 3.2V 145000 Li-ion battery.

• Water damage due to submersion. The lantern is weatherproof under normal weather conditions, but should

not be left in standing water or submerged in water. We recommend storing the lantern indoors during

adverse weather conditions and when seasonally out of use.

• Damage due to external force.
