Making a Warranty Claim - Outside of the United States
This product is distributed outside of the United States, in select regions, by
authorized distribution partners. Patch Products, LLC does not handle foreign
warranty claims. For warranty service please contact your point of purchase for
assistance. OK to Wake! products purchased from US retailers and shipped to
international locations are not covered under our domestic warranty policy.
Serial Number:
All OK to Wake! Products are stamped with a serial number. The first four
numbers of the serial number indicate the manufacturing date. For example: an
OK to Wake! Clock with a Serial Number of OTW-0714-XXXXXX was produced in July of
2014.
This serial number can be very helpful when trying to identify the age of a
product and/or identify any patterns of issues that may be arising from a
manufacturing run.
OK to Wake!:
Functional Questions: If you have questions about how to set time, alarm, nap
feature, or the OK to Wake! green light, check your manual or view an online
version of the product manual at www.patchproducts.com/k/rules/Rules
Green Light Issues: If the clock is not turning green, check your settings.
Power Issues: If your unit won’t power up, inspect all of the contacts in the
battery box for even the lightest amount of corrosion or build-up from a faulty
battery.
Possible poor connection with the batteries - this is most commonly caused by a
bit of corrosion which can go unnoticed from a previous battery. Remove all four
batteries; inspect the metal contact closely to ensure they are all bright and
shiny. If you do see any build-up, clean the contact(s) as needed with a lightly
damp paper towel. Allow them all to dry completely before putting batteries back
in.
