Warranty:

All OK to Wake! products are covered by a one-year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Coverage

In the United States, Patch Products, LLC warrants this product against defects

in original material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, under normal

use and conditions. Warranty coverage outside of the United States may vary.

Please see information regarding non-US warranty claims, below.

Non-Coverage

This warranty does not cover customer instruction, installation, set up or signal

reception problems. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage

resulting from acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial

application (or rental), or modification. This warranty does not cover damage due

to improper operation or maintenance, connection to an improper voltage supply,

or attempted repair by anyone other than Patch Products, LLC or Patch Products,

LLC authorized service facilities. This warranty does not cover products sold "as

is" or "with all faults". This warranty is valid only in the United States and is

invalid if the product serial number has been altered or removed.

Making a Warranty Claim - United States

Please email patch@patchproducts.com for information pertaining to warranty

claims. At the company’s discretion, Patch Products, LLC will repair or replace

the defective unit. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted

invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be

presented to obtain warranty service.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF

THE CONSUMER. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF

MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY AS

PROVIDED ABOVE, BEGINNING WITH THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE. NO WARRANTIES,

WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SHALL APPLY TO THE PRODUCT THEREAFTER. WE MAKE NO

WARRANTY AS TO THE FITNESS OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE.

THE EXTENT OF OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE REPAIR OR

REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND IN NO EVENT WILL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE

PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY

LOSS, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ARISING OUT

OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, BUT YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS

WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED

OK to Wake! Plush Owl: Functional Issues: Not behaving properly after changing the batteries The Owl’s settings must be updated with a battery change. It is also important to validate the MODE the Owl is in for an expected behavior. review of current settings will often solve these issues. A Playing Continuously: Playing continuously and not stopping at the Auto-off time Low batteries could cause this. problem.

The night-light (body light) can be turned on and off manually, and also activated at any time you wish using the OK to Wake! feature, as described in the manual. The LCD backlight and the toe lights cannot be turned on or off. They will dim slightly in conjunction with the clock's overall brightness setting but they cannot be turned off entirely. Adapter: The clock pin and adapter connectivity for these clocks. Inspect the AC adapter and the plug.
