Procedure
Complete installation of DataStudio and PASPORT probeware involves the following
steps, described in detail in this document:

1. Software Installation

• Administrator privileges are required for the software installation.
• The installer offers options to install WavePort, a sound analysis and
generation plug-in for DataStudio, and various language versions of
DataStudio.
1. Boot up the computer and log in with an administrator account.
2. Run the DataStudio installer using any of these methods:
• Insert the DataStudio CD and select Install DataStudio from the automatically
launched interface (below), or
• From the DataStudio CD’s DataStudio folder, run setup.exe, or
• Unzip and run the installer file DS190.exe downloaded from PASCO’s website.
