1. Turn off water supply, and remove
handle cap, retaining screw and
handle.
2. Using wrench, remove faucet nut.
3. Remove old stem, seat, spring and
spacer.
4. Replace with new stem, seat, spring
and spacer. Hand-tighten faucet nut.
5. Using wrench, tighten faucet nut. Do
not over-tighten.
6. Reassemble handle, retaining screw
and handle cap in reverse order.
