Soft-Seat Copper Check Valves
Parker's Soft-Seat Copper Check Valves are used in
refrigeration and air conditioning systems to maintain
flow in only one direction. Internal components seat or
“check,” preventing flow back through the valve. These
products are often used in conjunction with dryers or
strainers to ensure unidirectional flow, with compres-
sors to prevent liquid refrigerant from flooding back to
the inlet, or in system lines to redirect flow to another
circuit.

• Refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Features and Benefits
• Soft-seat valve features a Neoprene™ o-ring that
seals to a metal seat for low refrigerant leakage
(10cc/min. compared to traditional check valves
with 750 cc/min.).
• Brass piston seat and steel piston provide
corrosion resistance and durability.
• Sweat connections in a variety of sizes provide for
easy installation and simplified brazing.
