Transmit and receive antennas with a solid state relay and a Park Air Z4 3dB Receiver Splitter (which is referred
to in this section as a receiver splitter):
Notes:
(1) The solid state relay can be controlled by DC switching or a Facilities (FAC) cable.
(2) The main radio FAC cable supplies power to the RF relay. The standby radio FAC cable supplies power and
the control signal. If the FAC cable option is required, both cables must be used.
(3) If the DC switching option is required, the RF switch control setting must be enabled on both radios.
(4) When the RF switch control setting is enabled, the radio enforces a minimum 10 ms RF power delay. If a
longer delay is needed, change the RF power delay setting.
(5) Where a radio uses its RF LINK connector as a separate receive input, the separate antenna option must
be enabled.
