PD101 Gas Mask
The PD101 Mask uses high quality medical grade silicon rubber compositions made
with non-toxic, tasteless, and odorless materials. The mask is made to universally fit
any size face to ensure a perfect airtight seal in any environment. In addition to its
universal fit, the PD101 is designed for optimum comfort by using 5 individual straps to
evenly distribute pressure around your face. The mask is professional grade quality with
low breathing resistance. The anti-fog lens is lightweight and impact resistant. The
PD101 is a great mask for all toxic conditions including but not limited to: industry,
agriculture, scientific, transportation, energy, fire rescue, emergency rescue, and
disaster relief.
CAUTION:
1. Gas mask should not be used in environments where the oxygen level is at or below
18%. Mask should only be used in environments where temperature is -22 to 131
degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Do not use in enclosed tanks or other sealed container environments.
3. Do not exceed the maximum concentration environments set by filter labeling
4. Discontinue use if the product is cracked, damaged, or if the filter valve is deformed.
5. Always confirm the concentration and type of harmful gases in the place of operation
to choose appropriate filter.
6. Check the mask and filter is functioning properly if you should begin to feel
discomfort in your work, a decrease in airflow, or smell strong chemical odor.
Visual mask inspection
1. Before each use, visually inspect the mask to ensure the mask is in working order
2. Check the mask seal for cracks or rips.
3. Check interior one-way valves to ensure there are no cracks or rips
4. Check the respirator (filter) seal to ensure it has not been ruptured.
5. Check to ensure the filter pods are properly installed and sealed.
6. Discontinue use if any problems are found.
