Installing Preparations 1.After opening the carton, please read the instructions carefully, examine boxes and packages for shipping damage. If the unit has been damaged, has a finishing defect, or has missing parts, please contact our customer support department within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please note that Paragon Bath will not replace any damaged products or missing parts free of charge after 3 business days or if the product has been installed.

2. Check the guide track Your Guide tracks (05&08) has been precut for your Shower model width:59”. If W-width of your wall-to-wall opening is equal to the size of your Shower model, it is unnecessary to cut the Guide tracks .If W-width of your wall-to-wall opening is less than the size of your Shower model, you will need to cut the Guide tracks. For upper guide track to be cut: You can choose to cut any side. The cutting length L=Subtract W from the size of your Shower Model.
Fig 3 3. In order to make it easy for following installation of frames, it’s better to tapping on both sides of the uppe guide track.use philip’s screw ST4*20 (14)to lock screw to both ends of upper and bottom guide track,then loosen the screws.
4.Determine shower door location. 4.1. Put the Wall profile (06) to the wall vertically and level it. mark the drilling holes on the wall through the holes in the Wall profile. 4.2.Remove the wall profile, use electric drill with Φ1/4” drill bit to drill holes and use hammer to drive the Wall anchors (16) into the wall. Please see Fig 5 for details: Fig 5 5.
Fig 6 ( Inner view of upper guide track) Fig 6 6.Assemble frames 6.1 Use philip’s head self-tapping screw ST4*20(14) to lock the upper guide tracks(05) to the vertical profiles(07) Important note: before assemble frames please make sure the pulley wheels and bump stoppers already install on top guide track.
6.2 Snap wall profile(06) to vertical profile(07). Please see fig 8 for details Fig 8 6.3.Place bottom guide track(08) to the shower base,move the complete frames to make it touch tightly to the two walls and snap the complete frames into two sides of the bottom guide track. Please see Fig 9 for details Fig 9 6.4.

6.6.Use philip’s head screw driver and philip’s head screws M4*20(17) to lock door buffer blocks(12) to the vertical profile Please see Fig 12 for details Fig 12 7.Install bottom guide block Snap one side of the bottom guide block (24,25) into the bottom guide track and press another side to make it touch to the guide track.then use philip’s head self-tapping screws ST4*12(15) to lock it and covered by grew screw covers(20).
Fig 13 8.Install stationary glass 8.1 Install U-shape strip(02) to the stationary glass Please see Fig 14 for details Fig 14 8.2 Place stationary glass(27) to the outer track of upper guide track tipsily and then make it vertical slowly, rise up the upper side of the glass and let the bottom side go into the bottom guide block.when upper and bottom glass is totally in a vertical line,then push the glass into the sloth of vertical profile.
Important note: please be sure the side which to be pushed into the sloth of vertical profile is the side with U-shape strip. The other stationary glass is install in same way. 8.3.Install hanging aluminum(09) Place the hanging aluminum to the upper guide track through the gap of the sliding space, then push it into the top of the stationary glass to make them touch tightly. Please see Fig 16 for details. Fig 16 9.
Warm tips: the upper profile on moving glass has been assembled before shipment. Pulley wheels has installed in previous step,please look back to Fig 7 . The other moving glass is install in the same way. 10.Install waterproof strips(03) to stationary glass and magnetic strips(04) to moving glass. Please see Fig 18 for details Fig 18 11.Install handles Install handles(29) on moving glasses,please see Fig 19 for details.
12.Adjustment. 12.1.Pull out the pulley wheels from the upper profile sloth (before doing this please use some cardboards to hold the bottom of the moving glass to keep the weight from the pulley wheels).use philip’s head screw driver to turn the screw which under the wheel sheath to adjust the moving glass and make it up or down(turn with clockwise will make moving glass a little down, while anticlockwise will make moving glass a little up) Please see Fig 20 for details Fig 20 12.2.
12.3. Use screw driver to lock the bump stopper screw to the upper guide track. Please see Fig 22 for details Fig 22 13. Apply the sealant along the profiles and guide rails; on the seams between the bottom guide rail and the profiles as well as along the shower base.
Product Maintenance To ensure long lasting life for your shower door/bath tub screen, please clean the dust or stains use non-abrasive sprays or cream based cleaners. Never use abrasive cleansers, metal brushes or scrapers that could scratch or dull the surface. To ensure a long lasting hardware finish, wipe off the metal parts after each use with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cleaning products containing ammonia, bleach or acid.
