DISASSEMBLY

STEP 1. REMOVE THE MAGAZINE

and make sure THERE IS NO

ROUND IN THE CHAMBER.

STEP 2. Using the 5/32" hex wrench

which has been provided, unscrew

and remove the front section of the

two-piece recoil spring guide (Figure 18).

STEP 3. Pull back on the hammer spur to cock hammer.

STEP 4. Push the slide down and back to the point where

the slide stop lug is directly opposite the disassembly notch.

Then push the rounded end of the slide stop pin, on the

right side of the receiver, inward and through the receiver

and out the left side (Figure 19). Disengage slide stop from

the slide by removing slide stop from the receiver (Figure 20).
