2. Press 3. Voice Message.
3. To record a new Voice Memo, press the OK Key to
start recording a voice memo. Press the OK Key
[STOP] to finish recording and insert the voice memo
into the voice message.
4. Under To , input the phone number and then press
the OK Key.
y By pressing the Right Soft Key [ ] [Add], you can choose
from the following:
1. From Contacts: Search for a phone number which is
stored in the Contact List
2. Recent Calls: Search for a phone number which is
stored in the Add Recent Calls menu.
3. Groups: Search the groups stored in the Add Groups
menu.
4. To Contacts: Save the number or email you’ve entered
to the Contact List, when you enter the number.
5. Using the Directional Key [ ], scroll down to the Te x t field.
6. Under Te x t , input your message and then press
the Directional Key [ ] down.
7. Under Subject, input the voice message subject
and then press the Directional Key [ ] down.
8. Under Name Card, press the Left Soft Key [ ] [Add],
select 1. My Name Card or 2. Contacts then press
the OK Key. Select the desired card then press the
OK Key.
9. Press the Right Soft Key [ ] [Options] to access the
following:
y Review: To preview a written Voice Message.
y Save As Draft: To save the Voice Message to Drafts.
y Add Quick Text: Inserts written sentences in the Voice
Message.
y Priority Level: Select High or Normal and then press the
OK Key.
y Remove Recording: To remove an inserted recorded
voice memo in Voice field.
y Remove Name Card: To remove an inserted name card in
Name Card field.
y Cancel Message: To cancel the voice message.
10. To send the Voice Message, press the OK Key
[SEND].
INBOX
The Inbox manages received TXT, Picture, Voice,
Web Alert messages. To access:
1. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the
keypad, press the Left Soft Key [ ] [Message], swivel
to the QWERTY keypad, then press 2. Inbox.
2. Select a message and then press the OK Key
[OPEN]. The message is displayed. To delete a
message, press the Left Soft Key [ ] [Erase], then
select Yes and press the OK Key.
