Getting Started
About the microSD™ card
A microSD™ card is a removable flash memory card where
you can save data. Save pictures and contacts, and download
applications to the SD card. You can expand the external
memory up to 32GB.
It is recommended that you format the microSD™ card before
using the phone. For more information, refer to page 64
Turning the phone on/off
To turn on
1. Press and hold the LOCK/PWR key for a few seconds.
To turn off
1. Press and hold the LOCK/PWR key.
2. Tap Power off.
3. Tap OK.
Unlocking the screen
The screen is locked by default when you turn on power. To
unlock the screen,
1. Press the LOCK/PWR key.
2. Drag an icon to the center to
unlock.
3. Draw a pattern if the screen is
protected by pattern lock. Enter a
PIN or a password if the screen is
locked by a PIN or a password.

Settings on page 83.
Locking the screen
Lock the screen to protect information or save the usage of
the battery.
To lock the screen, press the LOCK/PWR key.
