V CAST Music with Rhapsody® — V CAST Music with Rhapsody® is a digital music
service that lets you listen to millions of songs from thousands of artists. Discover
new and old favorites in an extensive music catalog. Download V CAST Music with
Rhapsody® to sync tracks, albums and playlists to your new compatible phone, while
managing your existing PC music library all in one place.

When you purchase music from your wireless device, you also get a second
copy that can be downloaded to your PC from the V CAST with Rhapsody®
software.

DOWNLOAD MUSIC TO YOUR PC
1. Open V CAST Music with Rhapsody®. Don’t have V CAST Music with
Rhapsody®? Download it for free at www.verizonwireless.com/music.
2. Log in.
3. For each V CAST Music track you’ve downloaded to your phone, you can
download a copy to your computer at no additional charge. Song tracks
available for download will pop-up upon log in completion.
4. Check the boxes of songs you wish to download.
5. Select “Download Tracks”.
6. To play the song, you can nd it by selecting the My Library tab.
V CAST Music with Rhapsody® will work with Windows Vista or XP.
Not available for Mac or Linux.
PLAYING MUSIC
1. With the slide closed, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, then press the
Music Key
. Or slide the phone up, press the [ MENU ], then press
1. Media Center , 2. Music & Tones , 3. My Music .
2. Select
All Songs , press the OK Key, then select the desired song and press
the OK Key [
PLAY ]. To pause the song, press the OK Key again.
3. Press the Left Soft Key
[ Mute ] to mute or press the Right Soft Key
[
Options ] to select from the following options:
• Exit Player: Exits the music player and returns to previous screen.
•
Music Only Mode: Sets Music Only Mode On to disable all wireless communications.
• Song Info: Displays the music le information.
•
Home Screen: Returns to home screen without exiting the music player.
•
Repeat: Select Repeat All , Repeat One or O for the player’s repeat mode.
• Shue: Select On or O for the player’s shue mode.
•
Sound Eects: Select Normal , Rock , Jazz , Classic , Pop or Bass for sound eect settings.
5. During music playback, press the Directional Key left to start the song
over again or press the Directional Key
right to advance to the next song
if there are other songs to be played. If you press and hold the Directional
Key
left, the song rewinds or if you press and hold the Directional Key
right, the song will fast forward.
MY SOUNDS
To select a desired sound:
1. Slide the phone up, press the [ MENU ], then press 1. Media Center ,
2. Music & Tones , 4. My Sounds .
2. Highlight the desired sound, then press the OK Key [
PLAY ] to hear the sound.
