There are two LCD displays: internal and external LCDs. One displays a group of icons
to show the phone status, while the other shows messages, telephone numbers, icons,
or other information.
An icon is displayed when a certain function is activated or a message
is received.
The figure above displays a list of all the possible icons that may be
positioned at the top of the screen.
The function of each icon is described below.
In standby mode with the phone flip closed, you can adjust the time
displayed in the external LCD by using the [Vol Down] key. Analog and
Digital times appear alternatively. If you press the [Vol Up] [Vol Down] or
[SIDE CAMERA] key for a moment, the backlight of the external LCD turns
on.
If you long press the [SIDE CAMERA] key when the phone flip is closed, the
external LCD will perform the camera preview function.
Flash ON
You can use the camera flash as an emergency light.
1) If you keep pressing the [Vol Up] key for a while in standby mode, the
flash turns on.
2) Stop pressing the [Vol Up] key in order to turn off the flash.
Signal Power
Shows the strength of the RF signal. The greater the number
of bars, the stronger the signal.
Line is busy
Indicates that the line is busy.
GPRS attach
This is displayed when GPRS is activated.
Ringing tone
Indicates that the ringing type is in melody mode.
Vibration
Indicates that the ringing type is in vibration mode or manner
mode (Vibration mode: blue color.)
Vib+Ring
Indicates that the ringing type is in melody mode
after vibration mode.
SMS message Indicates that there is an unread message(s).
Also F is displayed inside the envelope when the
messages saved in the SIM are full.
Alarm
Indicates that the alarm has been set
Roaming
Battery
Answering
Machine
Recorded
message
Indicates that the roaming service is supported.
Shows the remaining battery power.
This icon is displayed when the answering machine is t
urned on.
This icon is displayed when the answering machine is t
urned on.
This icon is displayed if there is a recorded message in
an incoming call.
Divert Call This icon appears when the function to divert all calls
is activated.
