ALERT
Press Right Soft Key [SET] to select a
new ringtone. Press the Navigation Key
up or down to highlight a ringtone,
then press
[SELECT] to save it.
REMINDER
Press the Navigation Key left or
right to select an alert time interval
option (Event Day, 1 day before,
3 days
before).
RECURRENCE
Press the Navigation Key left or
right to set the recurrence of the event
(Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).

Press Left Soft Key [SAVE]
or press
to return to the
calendar.

The date of the occasion will be
marked on your calendar.
ERASE PASSED
It will erase the past schedule from
present date in the calender. Press
Monthly View, select Option then 3.Erase
Passed. The ‘Erase All Events’ will pop up.
Yes for erase passed event and No for
cancel.
ERASE ALL
It will erase all the scehdule from the
calender. Press Monthly View, select
Option, then 4. Erase all. The ‘Erase All
Events’ will pop up. Yes for erase all the
events and No for cancel.
VIEW PLAN LIST
To view items/appointments/agendas, etc.
in your calendar:

Press Left Soft Key [MENU]
Tools, Calendar.

Press the Navigation Key up or
down to choose an event and then
press Left Soft Key [VIEW].
