Troubleshooting checklist
When battery life is shorter than usual:
This may happen when you are in an area with low signal strength. Turn
off your device when it is not in use.
When you cannot turn on your device:
Make sure your device is charged. Check to see if your device works while
recharging.
When you are unable to charge the device:
This may be the result of one of the following three cases.
1. Your charger may be out of order. Contact your nearest dealer.
2. You may be attempting to use the device in an overly hot/cold
temperature. Try changing the charging environment.
3. Your device may have not been connected to the charger properly.
Check the connector.
When you are unable to select a certain function:
You may not have subscribed to that function, or your network service
provider may be in an area where such service cannot be provided.
Contact your local service provider.
When your device does not respond and all keys won't work:
Press and hold the two volume keys at the same time for five seconds.
Then, release the volume keys at the same time. The device will restart
automatically.
