This system utilizes patented MaTriX Technology in the cable and patch cords and advanced connector
compensation techniques to achieve channel bandwidth performance well above industry standard requirements.
The cabling system signicantly reduces cost of ownership by eliminating the need for eld testing, improving
energy efciencies with better airow management and allowing for the implementation of advanced PoE
applications. The complete system offers both reliable 10 GbE performance and the highest density infrastructure

Category 5e Cabling Systems
The TX6000 ™ and TX5500 ™ Solutions are fully integrated systems designed for optimum network
performance and reliability. The solutions provide end-users with a system warranty spanning 25 years, and
a channel performance headroom guarantee assures the cabling system will exceed the ANSI/TIA-568-C.2
and ISO 11801 standards relative to the following key electrical parameters: Insertion Loss, NEXT, Power
Sum NEXT, ACR-N, PSACR-N, ACR-F, PSACR-F, and Return Loss.
The design of the horizontal and patch cable utilizes technology and advanced connector compensation techniques
developed by Panduit to achieve channel bandwidth performance above industry standard requirements. The
innovative design reduces the weight and diameter of the horizontal cabling, improving pathway capacity and
resulting in improved air ow through dense data center enclosures and enterprise pathways without
compromising performance.
The superior Bit Error Rate (BER) of the Panduit solution means a lower Packet Error Rate (PER) for your network.

Guaranteed Channel Headroom
To determine the guaranteed headroom performance, over 100 channels were constructed, tested, and analyzed.
These channels consisted of three and four connector topologies – in both short and long cabling runs – to ensure true
worst-case conditions. Testing was conducted at swept frequencies per industry standards and testing represents “real
world” conditions through the use of an industry recognized hand-held tester, not test analyzers or computer models.
