Mid-Span Support for Wall Beams

• Panduit recommends a mid-span support every 3,600mm (11.8’). The maximum distance without a mid-span

support is 4,800mm (16’).

• Wall beams can be supported using any of the following:

--Mid-span cabinet support

--Threaded rod suspended from the ceiling

--Mid-span support post

Supporting Wall Beams using Mid-Span Cabinet Support

• Thread the mid-span cabinet support rod through a M12 hex nut, a 1/2" washer, the wall beam, then through

another 1/2" washer, M12 hex nut and finally into the swiveling level mount.

Supporting Wall Beams using Threaded Rod

• Wall beams can be supported using threaded rod suspended from the ceiling. Threaded rod can be attached

using the same holes as the Mid-Span cabinet support shown above.
