Getting To Know Your Machine Precautions Stop operation immediately if your machine produces smoke, excessive heat, unusual noise, or smell, or if water is spilt onto the machine. These conditions can cause fire. Immediately switch Off and unplug the machine, and contact your Authorized Panasonic dealer. Do not disconnect or reconnect the machine while it is on. Disconnecting a live connector can deform the plug and cause fire. When disconnecting the machine, grasp the plug instead of the cord.

Department Code This operation require the user to input a preset up to 8-digit Department Code before transmission. The Department Name of selected Department Code is printed on the Header of each page sent, Comm. Journal and Individual Transmission Journal.
