Edit Menu

• Undo

Undoes the last edited operation.

• Cut

Deletes a selected document from a folder and copies it to the

clipboard.

• Copy

Copies a selected document to the clipboard.

• Paste

Pastes a document from the clipboard into the selected folder.

• Delete

Deletes a selected document from a folder to the Trash Can.

A confirmation message for deletion appears.

• Select All

Selects all documents in the folder.

• Find

Search for documents by specifying a document name,

creation date, character string or DD Code in the document.

Note: The DD Code Tab is available when the Options Menu

is set to enable the DD Function (see page 62).
