HDMI features HDMI (high-definition multimedia interface) is the world’s first complete digital consumer AV interface complying with a non-compression standard. HDMI allows you to enjoy high-definition digital images and high-quality sound by connecting the TV and the equipment. HDMI-compatible equipment with an HDMI or DVI output terminal, such as a DVD player, a set top box or game equipment, can be connected to the HDMI terminal using an HDMI compliant (fully wired) cable.
■■DVI connection If the external equipment has only a DVI output, connect to the HDMI terminal via a DVI to HDMI adaptor cable. 3D Eyewear - Functions ■■Part names and functions Power button / Mode change / Indicator lamp ●● Power button – Press and hold for approx. 1 second to turn the 3D Eyewear On. (The indicator lamp lights for 2 seconds.) – Press and hold for 3 seconds or more to turn the 3D Eyewear Off. 3D Eyewear - Registration ■■First registration Perform the first registration when the 3D Eyewear is used for the first time. 1. Turn the TV on 2. Press Power button for about 1 second to turn the 3D Eyewear on ●● The lamp lights for about 2 seconds and then flashes. ●● The 3D Eyewear will be turned on and the registration will start. ●● Place the 3D Eyewear within 50 cm from the TV while registration in progress. 3.
3D Eyewear - Replacing battery When the battery is running low, the indicator lamp flashes 5 times on turning the 3D Eyewear on. In this case, early battery replacement is recommended. ●● Dispose of the old batteries as non-burnable rubbish, or in line with the waste disposal regulations in your local area. 1. Remove the battery cover using pen tip or screwdriver (minus -) etc. 2. Replace the battery (coin-shaped lithium battery CR2025) ●● If difficulty, remove it with the tip of the driver.
Viewing 3D You can enjoy viewing 3D images with contents or programmes corresponding to the 3D effect by wearing the 3D Eyewear. ●● This TV supports Frame Sequential, Side by Side and Top and Bottom 3D formats. – Frame Sequential is the 3D format that the images for the left and right eyes are recorded with the high definition quality and alternately played back. ●● The 3D Eyewear must be worn to view 3D images. Perform the First Registration when the 3D Eyewear is used for the first time.

Set to On to enable Effect setting.
