Using a USB memory
When inserting the USB memory
Properly insert the USB memory in
the USB terminal
Caution
● When inserting the USB memory, check
the direction of the plug and make sure the
terminal does not get damaged.
● While using the USB memory, such as during
playback, etc. do not turn off the mains
power of the projector, pull out the mains
plug, or remove the USB memory. Doing so
could damage the projector or cause data to
become corrupted.
When removing the USB memory
Remove the USB memory after
confirming that it is not being
accessed
Caution
● Take note of the following points when
removing the USB memory.
– If the indicator of the inserted USB memory
is flashing, it means that the projector is
reading data. Do not remove the USB
memory when the indicator is flashing.
– If the USB memory does not have a monitor
function such as an indicator, the status of
data reading cannot be known. Therefore,
remove the USB memory after closing the
USB contents playback screen, or after
turning off the mains power to the projector.
– Do not insert and remove the USB memory
within a short period of time. After inserting
the USB memory, wait for at least five
seconds before removing the USB memory,
and if the USB memory is to be inserted
again, wait for at least five seconds before
inserting it. The projector requires approx.
five seconds to recognize switching
between the insertion and removal of the
USB memory.
